2. During the warranty period, the protective chain links and links are damaged respectively. The demander needs to provide damage photos. After negotiation with the dealer, our company can provide corresponding accessories for repair according to the specific situation.
3. In case of special circumstances, if the damaged area of the protection chain at the same place reaches 5 rings, 5 knots or more, the chain not exceeding the protection limit shall be renewed free of charge. (Our company will convert the chain not exceeding the warranty according to the warranty period of the service environment and the actual service time, and the demander shall pay the corresponding fees according to the conversion).
